Mr Shi has a Bachelor's degree in Law from Peking University, a Master's degree in Law from Tsinghua University-Tianpu Programme, a senior tax lawyer, a tax attorney, an enterprise legal advisor, a director of the Board of Directors of the Research Society for Fiscal and Taxation Law of the Law Society of China, a member of the Fiscal and Taxation Law Committee of the Beijing Law Association, a tutor for the practice of postgraduate students of the Master's degree of Law at the Law School of Peking University, a part-time tutor at the Law School of the Central University of Finance and Economics, and the Director of Fiscal and Taxation Mr Shi Zhiqun is listed in LEGALBAND China's Top Lawyers 2017-2024, and in Chambers Law Rated Professional Lawyers (Taxation) 2022-2024.
