He has worked on many equity and debt investment projects and has extensive experience in the investment sector in China. He also provides pro bono legal services to NGOs such as the Stephen A. Schwarzman Education Foundation and the Yale-China. He has also been invited multiple times to contribute to Chambers and Thomson Reuters China practical guides.
