Zheng Jia

Mr. Jia, as a senior partner, is the leader of the Trade Remedy Department of Zhong Yin Law Firm. He has extensive experience in dealing with anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard investigations initiated by the countries all around the world.

Mr. Jia became a lawyer on 2004 and has been specialized in the field of trade remedy since then. Familiar with WTO Anti-dumping Agreement as well as trade remedy laws and regulations of many countries, Mr. Jia has represented more than 240 enterprises in 182 trade remedy cases initiated by U.S., EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, EEC, Ukraine, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Columbia and Uruguay. He has been recommended as a leading lawyer in the field of International Trade/WTO by Chambers & Partners, LEGAL 500 and Legal Band from 2013 to 2022 and has been recommended as a leading lawyer in the field of Trade and Customs by Who’s Who since 2015.
