Dong Wan has accumulated rich practicing experience in finance legal service sectors, her focusing areas include but are not limited to asset securitization, bank credit, financial products, structured financing, and other assets management and investment bank businesses, consumer finance and internet finance, perpetual bond, financial bond, debenture, debt-to-equity swap, trust, finance lease, as well as corporate incorporation, M&A, restructure, reorganization, private equity and such other legal matters. Since the reopening of the asset securitization market in China from 2012, Dong Wan, acting as the lead counsel, has provided legal services for more than 60 asset securitization programs. Dong Wan is currently a council member of the China Securitization Forum（CSF） and a co-chairman of the Securitization Legal Issues Research Committee. At the same time, Dong Wan is employed as an asset securitization business expert of the Securities Industry Association of China, a member of the Banking and Financial Law Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and an invited expert of Beijing Bingzheng Banking Consumer Protection and Promotion Center.
