Ms. Lin Zhe specializes in insurance-related legal matters.

Ms. Lin was one of the first attorneys to practice insurance-related legal affairs in China. A substantial part of her practice involves matters regarding establishment and M&A of insurance companies, investment with insurance funds, restructuring and IPO of insurance companies, compliance of insurance business operations and other matters related to insurance companies. Ms. Lin advised on the preparation and establishment of many insurance companies, including P&C insurers, life insurers, reinsurers, captive insurers, insurance asset management companies, and mutual insurance associations. She also advised on various matters of M&A, restructuring and IPO of various insurance companies, as well as investment in equity, real estate, funds and bond with insurance funds. Ms. Lin also has extensive experience regarding compliance of insurance business operation.
