Mr. Tao Zhangqi specializes in infrastructure, real estate and international hospitality management. He also has extensive professional experience in finance, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.

Mr. Tao has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure and real estate, including project planning, acquisition and transfer; obtaining land use right; housing demolition, compensation and relocation (in relation to urban renewal); real estate development, construction and sales; project investment and financing (PPP, trust, funds, etc.); construction projects contracting; construction supervision, management and claim; real estate lease, mortgage and property management. Mr. Tao provides legal services with respect to project risk assessment, deal structure design, negotiation, legal documents drafting and providing legal opinion/advice.

In international hospitality management, Mr. Tao has represented different parties such as domestic hotel owners, developers, advised different contracts and participated in negotiations on different phases of hotel management projects.
