Zaid Hadir Al-Farisi is a partner in the Islamic Finance and Investment practice of King & Spalding, working from the Dubai and affiliated Riyadh offices. Zaid focuses his practice on banking and finance, and general corporate and commercial matters. He has represented numerous companies with respect to various strategic financing transactions and is widely regarded in the Middle East for his expertise.

Mr. Al-Farisi began his practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1996, and primarily focuses on advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on the full spectrum of Shari’ah-compliant and conventional financings in the kingdom, including real estate financings, financings involving fund structures, acquisition financings, corporate financings, construction financings and project financings.
