Yves Mauchle is a partner in Baker McKenzie Switzerland's corporate finance department and co-head of the capital markets practice group.

Yves focuses on both debt and equity capital markets. He regularly represents issuers and underwriters on capital market transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs) and GDR offerings, capital increases and high yield bonds. He also advises domestic and international clients on public takeovers and on compliance with securities laws and financial services regulations. Yves has special expertise in DLT matters and regularly works for large financial institutions in that space.

Career

Yves Mauchle started with Baker McKenzie Switzerland as a trainee lawyer and rejoined as an associate in 2016. Prior to his return, Yves worked in the University of Zurich research program "Financial Market Regulation". He was awarded the Professor Walther Hug Prize and the Issekutz Prize for his dissertation in the field of bank resolution.
