Specializing in resolving complex intellectual property issues for enterprises, Chen Yuhan has represented numerous well-known domestic and foreign clients and handled a number of influential cases:

1. Represented Suofeiya Home Collection Co., Ltd. in filing an application for retrial regarding "SOFIER索菲亚" and “索菲亚” trademarks with the Supreme People's Court of the PRC. The Supreme People's Court rendered a retrial judgment revoking the first-instance and second-instance judgments, and the two cases were both reversed and won in the Supreme People's Court.

2. Represented a well-known global internet company in the administrative litigation cases concerning the cancellation review and invalidation of its core trademark. The Supreme People's Court reversed the original judgment and ruled in favor of the client. After more than a decade of proceedings, the company finally secured the registration of its core trademark in the core classes.

3. Represented Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. in the civil unfair competition litigation against Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Co., Ltd., winning both the first-instance and second-instance trials.

4. In the civil litigation case where a company in Zhejiang sued a listed company in Beijing for copyright infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets, Lawyer Chen represented the defendant (the listed company in Beijing) and achieved a comprehensive victory in the case.

5. Represented Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. in the trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation against Weifang Ruichi Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. over the mark “雷军电动”, winning both the first-instance and second-instance trials.

6. Represented Dongdao Creative Branding Group Co., Ltd. in a civil litigation case concerning trademark infringement and unfair competition against Beijing Dongdao Alliance Brand Management Co., Ltd. and Wei Laoxiang Catering Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Successfully overturned a loss at the first instance and established the "Dongdao" trademark as well-known in China.

7. Represented Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. in the administrative litigation case regarding the rejection review of the trademark “优酸乳”. Winning both the first-instance and second-instance trials, the "Yousuanru" trademark, which had been in use for 20 years, was ultimately registered successfully.

8. Represented a well-known Polish multinational company in a series of intellectual property infringement disputes in China. After going through the first-instance, second-instance trials and retrial by the Supreme People's Court, all cases were won.

9. Represented Hengan International Group Company Limited in the invalidation case of the trademark “七度空间”, winning the case and helping the client obtain the recognition of the mark as a well-known trademark for the first time.

10. Represented Reebok International Limited in successfully opposing the registration of a series of "Iverson" trademarks by asserting the right of publicity of NBA star Allen Iverson. This case was selected as one of the Top 10 Intellectual Property Cases of 2012 by China Business Law Journal (Hong Kong).
