He is particularly skilled at handling patent disputes in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biology, pesticides, materials, and chemicals.

With extensive experience in patent invalidation and litigation, Mr. Guo has successfully represented many well-known multinationals in patent invalidation proceedings, administrative litigation, patent linkage litigation and infringement litigation.
