Young Hee Jo

Young Hee Jo is the head of the firm’s finance team. She has more than 20 years of experience working with major financial institutions and companies on all types of financial matters including domestic and cross-border asset-backed securitizations, real estate finance, derivatives transactions, licensing and authorization, as well as regulatory compliance.

Ms. Jo has recently advised global financial institutions such as Citibank, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole and MUFG Bank.

As a notable matter, the firm’s finance team led by Ms. Jo advised Citibank in relation to the migration of numerous securitization and capital markets transactions (in which the Bank of New York Mellon had previously been involved in various capacities), due to BNYM’s exit from the Korean market.
