Youdy Bun

Youdy serves as the firm’s Practice Leader of the Banking & Finance, Corporate and M&A, Dispute Resolution, Telecom & New Technology, and Oil & Mining practice groups. His expertise includes market entry, M&A, regulatory compliance matter, project finance, off shore financing as well as other complex financial products including securities.

Youdy is a former President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre of Cambodia (NCAC). He also sat on the NCAC’s Appointment Committee which is entrusted to decide on arbitrators’ appointment and jurisdictional challenges related matters. He served as the Secretary General of the European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (Eurocham). Youdy has been consistently ranked a top tier lawyer in Cambodia by IFLR 1000, Legal500, Chambers & Partners and Asialaw.
