Yitzy's practice focuses on representing companies, throughout all stages of their life cycle, with an emphasis on structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.

In this context, Yitzy provides business-oriented legal consultation to startups and their founders, from the early stages of inception through financings and commercial growth, to exit and beyond, regarding all aspects of their ongoing activities.

Career

Yitzy has been working with hi-tech companies for over a decade, with six years at Israel's top tier law firms (Herzog, Gornitzky, & Barnea). Since 2021, Yitzy has been working almost exclusively with blockchain and crypto companies and investors, as a partner at DLT LAW.
