Yasmine joined Chaffetz Lindsey in 2009 after having worked at Clifford Chance (New York) and Castaldi Mourre & Partners (Paris). She has over twenty years of experience in international arbitration and litigation and civil and common law systems. Yasmine represents clients in arbitration proceedings conducted under the ICC, ICDR, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ad hoc rules, in a broad range of commercial disputes including those energy-related construction disputes, post M&A disputes, supply agreements, in addition to investor state disputes in ad hoc or institutional fora. She has acted as a sole and co-arbitrator in ICC, CRCICA, and Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) arbitrations.
