Practice Areas
I am a French lawyer and the founder of Darci, a law firm dedicated to dispute avoidance and resolution in international construction projects.
I assist clients on the full cycle of complex, high-value construction contracts to help the parties achieve project completion dispute free. I provide strategic procurement advice, contract drafting and negotiation, as well as contract management services. I assist employers and contractors in resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution processes, and I represent clients in international arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and under the rules of major arbitration centres.
Further to my work as counsel, I regularly sit as arbitrator and dispute board member. I am trained in both civil and common law. I studied in France and in England, where I earned the Construction Law and Dispute Resolution MSc at King’s College London with a merit. My dual background allows me to understand and navigate the different approaches across civil and common law jurisdictions within which construction contracts operate. I am committed to resolving disputes efficiently and pragmatically. A FIDIC Certified Adjudicator, I am included in FIDIC President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators.
Having a passion for teaching, I have thus far delivered over 400 hours of training and lectures to construction professionals, in-house counsel, dispute resolution specialists, government officials and law-school students on topics related to international arbitration, the avoidance and resolution of construction disputes and the FIDIC Contracts. I am a FIDIC Certified Trainer.
