Mr. Wang served as the member and principal of bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation administrators when involved in the bankruptcy reorganizations for public companies, including but not limited to Nanjing Tanker Corporation, Chang Jiang Shipping Group Phoenix Co., Ltd., Dalian Hi-Think Computer Technology, Corp. and PCI-SUNTEK Technology Co., Ltd. He has also advised a domestic regional airline company on bankruptcy reorganization, and companies in securities, steel and aviation industries on bankruptcy liquidations.

In addition, Mr. Wang has been involved in the restructuring projects of a number of domestic airline companies, and participated in several high-profile debt restructuring projects as a legal counsel.
