Experience
Wojciech has built his experience across leading legal, investment and technology environments, with a strong focus on regulatory and transactional matters in fintech. He began his career advising VC and PE funds on investments and restructurings, later becoming a partner at Brillaw, where he supported high-growth technology companies expanding into regulated financial markets. He co-founded CobinAngels, serving as Head of Legal and advising founders and investors throughout the fundraising cycle, including early-stage and growth-stage rounds and regulatory risk assessments. He has acted as external legal counsel to a number of growth companies, including Golem Factory, Cookie3 and Accountable, providing ongoing strategic support across regulatory matters, product structuring, licensing analysis and preparation for financing rounds. In these engagements, he advises companies on aligning their financial and technological products with regulatory expectations, designing scalable operating models, managing compliance risk and positioning themselves effectively for investors, partners and new markets. His work consistently bridges regulatory requirements with commercial objectives, supporting payment institutions, fintech firms and digital-finance businesses in market entry, product development, partnerships and fundraising.
