Witold Sławiński

Partner heading the Infrastructure, Construction and Public Procurement Practice, a recognised expert in construction contracts, public procurement law and construction disputes. He specialises in contract law, particularly in relation to construction contracts based on FIDIC contract conditions, legal services for infrastructure, construction and industrial investments, as well as construction dispute resolution and strategic energy infrastructure services.

He provides legal services for complex investment processes and construction contracts for companies in the construction and industrial sectors, including those involved in building automation, cooling and heating systems, early ice detection systems for roads, motorways and airports, as well as suppliers of specialised equipment for industry and energy.

Since 2022 he has been associated with the law firm RKKW - KWAŚNICKI, WRÓBEL & Partners, where, as a Partner, he heads the Infrastructure, Construction and Public Procurement Law department.

From 2020 to 2021, Witold Slawinski was associated with the law firm SDZLEGAL SCHINDHELM, where he strengthened the construction law and public procurement law teams.

He holds a postgraduate LL.M. in international and comparative law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.

Author of publications on public procurement law, PPP, construction and civil law. He conducts business negotiations, advises on and gives opinions on commercial contracts.
