He has particular expertise in claims involving wrongful birth and failure of diagnosis and treatment in Accident and Emergency Medicine, and the complexities arising from claims for loss of a chance of a better outcome.

Insurance Litigation: Winston Hunter is regularly instructed in claims arising out of repudiation of policies for alleged non-disclosure and issues relating to construction of insurance contracts. Particular expertise exists in claims relating to motor vehicle insurance.
