Career

Winnie has more than 25 years of experience in the intellectual property field. She has a multi-disciplinary background, encompassing both legal and technical expertise. In addition to significant expertise in intellectual property protection and management, she regularly advises on patent and regulatory matters.

Winnie is a registered patent agent in Singapore. She is deeply involved in the legal profession, being the Immediate Past President of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (Singapore Group) and a Council Member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association, and an Executive Member of the AIPPI Singapore Group. She is an active member of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA) and was previously the Chair of the Famous and Well Known Trade Marks committee as well as Harmonization of Trade Mark Law and Practice.
