William’s regulatory work consists in providing advice on all regulatory issues (in administrative law) and assisting clients in litigation before the Belgian lower courts and the Council of State, the country’s highest administrative court. William’s particular focus is on public procurement matters, and he provides advice and litigates in tender proceedings. His team has been involved in several major public-private partnership projects.
Furthermore, William has developed strong expertise in the pharmaceutical sector and often advises companies on the Belgian legal and regulatory framework.
William is a member of the Lawyers Association for Public law, the forum for environmental lawyers and the professional association of the Real Estate sector.
He is a regular speaker for the “Vlaamse vereniging voor aanbestedingen”.
William regularly publishes on public procurement law.
