Bill Matthews' practice has centered upon commercial real estate and commercial lending for over 25 years. In his real estate work, Bill is involved in all aspects of a project’s development, including negotiating purchase and sale documentation, co-ordinating due diligence for such acquisitions, and preparing and reviewing other documentation typically involved in real estate development (such as easements, declarations, and financing arrangements). Bill also has extensive experience in both loan originations and problem loans.
