Experience
William frequently advises individuals with large or complex estates and circumstances, including administering estates of business owners where there are crossovers between personal and business assets, administering insolvent estates, assisting with business and agricultural property relief claims to minimise inheritance tax exposure and setting up charitable trusts.
William is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), which is international recognition of his knowledge and experience of helping families plan for their futures.
He is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, specialising in older client care and wellbeing.
William volunteers as a Dementia Friends Champion and regularly hosts information sessions to educate communities on how they can help to make a difference.
He completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Sheffield and his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
