Wanda McKee Fowler is a Partner of Wright, Close, Barger, LLP and panelist for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) presiding over arbitrations involving complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage matters, and construction cases. She serves as a mediator for a variety of litigation cases involving commercial transactions, energy law, insurance coverage, and personal injury claims. Her extensive experience also includes litigating cases involving contract disputes, insurance claims, personal injury, and products liability

Career

Wanda McKee Fowler is a former Justice on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals where she authored approximately 1900 opinions and decided approximately 3,800 additional cases. Elected as Acting Chief Justice during her almost 14-year tenure on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals, Wanda McKee Fowler has also frequently served as a Continuing Legal Education Seminars speaker.
