Waleed’s experience covers a range of commercial disputes, including franchise litigation, products liability, personal Injury, fraud, professional negligence, sports disputes, and defamation.

He has developed particular expertise in financial services disputes, using his experience both as a litigator and a mediator.

In the automotive sector, he won a landmark case for Ford in a famous precedent-setting agency dispute, and he has acted for Daimler and Hyundai in similar disputes.
