Founding partner of the firm. Wagner Balera is a lawyer and lecturer. He was a member of the Federal Attorney General's Office from 1976 to 1997.
Professor emeritus at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and PhD in Social Relations Law.
He is the coordinator of the Brazilian Journal of Human Rights and a member of the São Paulo Academy of Law, the São Paulo Academy of Legal Letters, the National Academy of Insurance and Social Security, the Brazilian Academy of Social Security Law and the Brazilian Academy of Tax Law.
He holds a Master's degree in Tax Law from PUC-SP and has experience in Public Law with an emphasis on Human Rights, Tax Law and Social Security Law.
