Vitor Schirato

Vitor has vast knowledge of Administrative Law and infrastructure. He has extensive experience handling complex matters related to concessions, authorizations, Public-Private Partnerships, public procurement, and bidding processes. Vitor advises clients operating in a range of sectors, including ports and navigation, airports, highways, railways, urban mobility, power, mining, health care, oil and gas, telecommunications, and more. He is also particularly skilled in dealing with issues concerning economic regulations, and regulatory agencies.

He is one of the founding partners of Rhein Schirato Meireles Advogados. Jointly with his work in Rhein Schirato Meireles Advogados, Vitor is Professor of Administrative Law at Universidade de São Paulo – USP. Vitor is also a partner at Daemon Investimentos, an alternative investment management firm. Previously, he worked as a lawyer at Manesco, Ramires, Peres e Azevedo Marques Advogados, Felsberg Advogados and Souza Cescon Advogados (currently Cescon Barrieu Advogados).

He is a member of the Italian Association of Administrative Law Professors (AIPDA) and Asociación Iberoamericana de Estudios de Regulación (Asier), as well as Vice-President of The Center for Administrative, Environmental and Urban Law Studies (Cedau).
