Virginie Devos

Virginie Devos advises clients on managing their organizations, transforming their business activities and handling their day-to-day operations, across all aspects of labor and employment law, employee savings schemes, and social security and employee benefits.

Pragmatic in her approach, she works closely with her clients to develop the legal solution best suited to their circumstances and most likely to achieve the intended objective. She takes into account the broader political and economic environment, as well as the workforce dynamics specific to each organization, with a constant focus on achieving the optimal balance between effectiveness, quality, and risk management.

Virginie Devos is regularly interviewed on labor and employment law matters and, committed to sharing her knowledge and expertise, teaches second-year master’s (Master 2) students at the Ecole du droit de l’entreprise in Montpellier.

Before joining August Debouzy, Virginie practiced at Deloitte & Touche, which subsequently became Deloitte Avocats, and later at Jacques Barthélémy.
