Career

Most of Vince Mastracco’s clients consider him more than just a legal advisor. He serves as a business confidant, looking at every transaction from a strategic viewpoint. In addition to his technical and legal skills, he possesses the ability to conduct a complete business evaluation for his clients and make recommendations that will support their business plans.

Vince takes the time to truly understand his client’s business and stay informed as to industry trends that affect his clients. His genuine interest in his client’s goals is obvious. That is probably why he has developed so many close relationships with his clients over the years.

As a business attorney, Vince brings a wealth of experience and understanding to the table. He works with clients as they buy, sell and grow their businesses and enter into new markets. The scope of Vince’s practice includes the area of securities law, assisting clients in the legal aspects of raising capital through public and private offerings.

Vince is active in numerous community organizations, including service on the Boards of Directors for Truist Bank, Norfolk Academy, and the Hampton Roads Community Foundation. He is the former Chairman of the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, Past Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee for Eastern Virginia Medical School Foundation, and Past Chair of the Board of Trustees of Virginia Wesleyan College. He also served on the Board of Visitors of The University of Virginia, and he was the Chairman of the Medical Center Operating Board. Vince is a member of the Hampton Roads Business Roundtable, Greater Norfolk Corporation, the Hampton Roads Partnership, Virginia Foundation of Independent College, and formerly the Commonwealth Transportation Board.
