Career
Vincent W. Lau is the managing partner of Clark Lau LLC in Boston, Massachusetts and he counsels employers and employees on a range of temporary and permanent immigration options. He enjoys taking complex immigration legal concepts and breaking them down into tangible and comprehensible ideas for employers and employees. It is with this same spirit that he speaks regularly at immigration conferences, serves fellow immigration attorneys in leadership roles with AILA (the national immigration bar), and serves as an adjunct professor. Vince received his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Yale University, M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the Boston College School of Education, and J.D. from the Boston College School of Law. Vince has been voted among “The Best Lawyers in America” since 2010, listed with “Who’s Who Legal Thought Leaders: Corporate Immigration,” and ranked by “Chambers & Partners Immigration Legal Rankings – Nationwide and Global.”
