For over 38 years, Victor has been ranked as one of South Florida’s preeminent trial lawyers, concentrating his practice in complex civil litigation including complex commercial cases, personal injury and wrongful death cases, class actions, mass torts and product liability cases. Victor has been a featured lecturer on various civil litigation topics for numerous bar groups including The Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice and has lectured at several international comparative law conferences on the subjects of mass tort litigation, personal injury and complex civil litigation.
Victor has received numerous personal and professional honors for his professional accomplishments and his civic leadership. In 2000, the Florida Supreme Court awarded Victor the "Tobias Simon Award,” the State of Florida’s highest recognition for public and pro bono service. Victor’s other awards recognizing his professional and civic accomplishments, include the Points of Light Foundation “National Community Leadership Award” (2000); the City of Miami Beach’s “Citizen of the Year Award” (2003); the Theodore Gibson Foundation’s “Lifetime Humanitarian Award” (2002); and the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce “Lifetime Achievement Award” (2006).
In 2003, Victor was elected by his peers as a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
