Confidential Client: Advised a Global 500 Company on the sale of its Eastern Caribbean operations, advising on share purchase agreement, due diligence for warranties.

Confidential Client: Worked with international counsel in Advising a Real Estate Fund on its purchase of a hotel development in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, reviewing due diligence, advising on amendments to a share purchase agreement. Advice on structuring the sale of shares.

Confidential Client: Advised a fund on change of control provisions in and completed filings under the Nevis International Insurance legislation in connection with a Nevis subsidiary, which was a part of a sale to an S&P 500 company.

Confidential Client: Advised and carried out due diligence on the purchase of property to be used for a hotel development, advised and drafted concessions agreement.
