D. Victor C. Elliott-Hamilton is the Managing Partner of Elliott-Hamilton Law. He routinely appears before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Kitts and Nevis and Saint Lucia. He also appears before the Supreme Court of Guyana.
