Vicky Poole

Victoria specialises in all areas of Family Law, including divorce, complex financial settlements, domestic abuse (including coercive control), and children matters. Her expertise extends to high-net-worth financial cases, agricultural and pension-related disputes, and sensitive family and injunction matters.

Victoria Poole has worked in the legal profession since the age of 16, progressing from office junior to Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1999. She joined Susan Howarth & Co. Solicitors in January 2005 and was appointmented as a Director in 2017.

Victoria has been a significant contributor to the firm's achievements in the Legal 500, ranked as a Leading Firm for the last 9 years, and she gained individual recognition as a Leading Partner in Legal 500 2026.
