Vicki Liu

Vicki is Co-Managing Partner of Greater China and Managing Partner of Hong Kong, and a member of the Executive Committee.

She has been a member of the firm’s Executive Committee since its inception in 2017. She has expertise in a broad range of banking and finance transactions throughout Asia Pacific.

She has acted for banks and funds on a variety of structured debt financings, including acquisition finance transactions and hybrid debt and equity products such as pre-IPO financings and other forms of equity-backed financings. She also has experience advising on debt restructuring and has advised private equity funds and investments banks on distressed debt opportunities.

Vicki regularly speaks on panels in relation to both legal practice and leadership, including often with a focus on diversity.
