Vicente Caldeira Pires is the founding partner of Caldeira Pires and the coordinator of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. With a solid academic background in management and accounting, Vicente brings a uniquely commercial and strategic lens to his legal work, bridging the gap between legal precision and business insight.
Vicente provides end-to-end support on complex corporate and M&A matters, from initial structuring and due diligence through to negotiation and completion. His work is marked by close collaboration with clients' internal legal and financial teams, as well as with external advisors, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.
Founded Caldeira Pires in 2014, after nine years in the Corporate and Tax Law Department at Pedro Raposo & Associados.
