Veronica Ascarrunz

For 20 years, Veronica Ascarrunz has developed a practice focused on Section 337 litigation at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). She is a recent Past President of the ITC Trial Lawyers Association and has secured successful outcomes for dozens of clients in Section 337 ITC investigations at all stages, from early resolution through trial and appeal, including precedent-setting wins. Veronica represents clients in a range of industries, including medical device, pharmaceutical, software, semiconductor, telecommunications, and consumer products technology.

Veronica’s expertise also includes the litigation of complex patent, trade secret, and trademark matters in federal courts and at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including bench and jury trials, Hatch-Waxman litigation, product development license disputes, and USPTO inter partes proceedings.
