With over 24 years of experience in Monegasque law, Valérie ZOCCOLA applies her extensive expertise to assisting private clients and ultra net worth individuals as well as local companies, large international companies and financial institutions. She continuously strives to research creative strategies and solutions.

Valérie ZOCCOLA is an expert in international private law, dealing with divorces and disputes relating to child custody as well as complex successions matters with an international dimension. She has dealt with the case leading to the first decision in Monaco regarding the implementation of the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction.

She also specializes in commercial/banking and financial litigation. Over her years of experience, she has gathered a strong expertise in handling portfolio management disputes. With her assistance, a client obtained the first Supreme Court decision relating to the nullity of a management mandate, failing the description of the investment objectives.

Valérie joined the firm in 2012 after having successively spent 13 years with another lawyer in Monaco as Senior Associate and Office Manager. She now runs the Private Clients team of 4 which is continually expanding.

She has an in-depth knowledge and high level of technical expertise, being able to handle the most complex cases.
