Her clients span various industries such as financial services, automotive, healthcare, entertainment, agricultural, and consumer packaged goods (CPG).
Val is a strong advocate for collaborative and human-centered deal-building and negotiating practices. Using this approach, she regularly assists clients and their prospective vendor partners in collaborative problem-solving and working through complex deal attributes such as organizational change management, innovation drivers, value creation, and other relationship issues that are important to get right as early in the process as possible to provide the greatest possibility of deal success.
