Career
Val Gross focuses her practice on business technology and complex sourcing transactions, including technology and business process outsourcing, systems integration, global ERP systems integrations, re-engineering programs, and global digital transformations. Her clients span various industries such as financial services, automotive, healthcare, entertainment, agricultural, and consumer packaged goods (CPG).
Val is a strong advocate for collaborative and human-centered deal-building and negotiating practices. Using this approach, she regularly assists clients and their prospective vendor partners in collaborative problem-solving and working through complex deal attributes such as organizational change management, innovation drivers, value creation, and other relationship issues that are important to get right as early in the process as possible to provide the greatest possibility of deal success.
Val is also an active participant in the sourcing industry. She participates in the EIP Masterclass on complex negotiations and enjoys sharing her experiences at industry conferences. She is also a regular guest lecturer at universities and other industry events.
