She is a member of the Ius Laboris Board and Executive Committee. Valeria is also a professor at the Ius Laboris University and a member of the Ius Laboris Expert Groups on Global Mobility and Individual Employment Rights.

Valeria is a regular speaker at national and international conferences and seminars, including those organised by the International Bar Association and Ius Laboris.

Author of several articles and publications on employment law topics; regularly drafts and edits firm publications; Visiting lecturer at University of Milan and at the University of Paris 2- Panthéon-Assas.
