Valentina Ottani Sconza

Valentina Ottani Sconza is an expert in legal and tax matters related to the management of large assets. She has over fifteen years of experience in the field of Private Wealth, with a focus on family strategy and heritage engineering. She offers private clients complete solutions in terms of transmission, protection and destination of assets. As a result of the growing focus on diversity and the protection of vulnerable individuals, Valentina has also developed consultancy services geared to protecting the assets of these categories of individuals.

Oriented towards solving the needs of the private sector, she has a wealth of specific experience on the relevant civil and tax aspects as well as in the anti-money laundering discipline related to this field, advising trustees and being called upon to assist in the context of civil and tax litigation.

Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Valentina pursued her legal career by training and building a body of experience with law firms and notaries specialising in the management and protection of assets.

After graduating in Law at the University of Urbino, she obtained a Masters in Family Office at AIFO, and an Executive Masters in “Spiritualità e Management” at the Graduate School of Business - Polytechnic University of Milan.

She is a member of the Italian Bar.
