Urs Zenhäusern

Urs Zenhäusern is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office. He practices mainly in the areas of international arbitration and litigation. He also advises clients on cross-border matters, and distribution, agency and licensing contracts, as well as on legal matters related to unfair competition, antitrust and sports law. Building on his professional experience with the Zurich District and the Zurich Commercial Court, Urs mainly handles commercial, transactional and intellectual property disputes before state courts and international arbitral tribunals. He has acted as sole arbitrator and secretary to arbitration panels, and as a party-appointed counsel in the area of national and international litigation and arbitration.
