Urs Boller is a partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team in Zurich. He has extensive experience in representing clients before Swiss courts and authorities, mainly in commercial and enforcement related disputes. In addition, he has acted as counsel in numerous international arbitration proceedings under the rules of the leading arbitration institutions (such as ICC Rules, Swiss Rules), as well as in ad-hoc arbitrations.

Urs Boller has special expertise in obtaining and defending against freezing orders and interim measures, as well as in the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Further areas of his expertise include debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, where he often handles cases that sit in a cross-border context, and real estate law. Urs’ practice focuses on the industrial, financial, and real estate sectors. He is fluent in German and English.
