Umar Shereef

Umar Shereef’s areas of expertise include Project Finance, Privatisations, complex Public Procurement and M&A. He pioneered Pakistan’s project finance and advised on the country’s largest Privatisations. His role in Public Procurement has established benchmarks for future deals. Umar is an Advocate of the High Court since 2002 and holds a Master of Law in Commercial and Marine Law from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London. His professional achievements have never swayed him from his passion for travelling and visiting lands that welcome back-packers. Umar has always enjoyed nature and trekking, keeping a look-out for new adventures.
