Career
Ulrike Sehrschön is the head of the Public Procurement & Public Law department at EY Law Austria. She advises on regulatory issues, including commercial and facilities law, energy law, data protection law, pharmaceutical and health law, as well as banking and capital markets law. In the field of public procurement law, she provides legal expertise to public clients in the actual implementation of procurement projects. She also advises bidders participating in public tenders and represents them in procurement control proceedings. In 2024, Ulrike and her team joined EY Law, strengthening the areas of highly regulated industries and public procurement law.
Before joining EY Law with her entire team, she was the head of the Public Procurement Desk and co-head of the Public Law Desk at another well-known Austrian law firm for several years. Prior to that, she worked for other commercial law firms in Vienna, served as an advisor at the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce, and was a lawyer at the Austrian Federal Procurement Agency.
She studied law at the University of Graz.
