Dr. Tzipi Iser Itsiq is the founder and head of the Environment, Climate and ESG practice at Dr. Tzipi Iser Itsiq& Co., Advocates.
Dr. Iser Itsiq is one of Israel’s most experienced environmental and climate law practitioners, with over two decades of leadership in environmental regulation, complex litigation and ESG advisory work. She advises leading corporations, public bodies, municipalities and environmental organizations on regulatory compliance, climate governance, environmental risk management and strategic ESG implementation.
She regularly represents clients before key governmental authorities, including the Ministry of Environmental Protection, planning and zoning committees, the Water Authority, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and parliamentary committees. Her practice includes representation in high-profile administrative, civil and criminal proceedings, as well as class actions and precedent-setting environmental litigation.
Dr. Iser Itsiq is widely recognized for integrating legal strategy with long-term regulatory, financial and reputational risk management. She advises boards of directors and senior executives on fiduciary duties in the context of environmental and climate-related risks, disclosure obligations, sustainability governance frameworks and ESG-related litigation exposure.
In January 2026, Dr. Iser Itsiq established her boutique firm, following her tenure as partner and Head of the Environment and Climate Department at Lipa & Co.. Earlier in her career, she served as CEO and General Counsel of Adam Teva V’Din (Israel Union for Environmental Defense), where she headed the team that drafted the Clean Air Bill, which was subsequently enacted and today constitutes a central pillar of Israeli environmental legislation..
Dr. Iser Itsiq is actively involved in legislative and regulatory processes and has taken part in shaping key environmental laws, regulatory reforms and policy initiatives in Israel. She is frequently invited to participate in governmental and professional forums addressing climate regulation, ESG standards, sustainable finance and environmental governance.
