Tyler Savage is a partner in the M&A and Corporate Transactions group. Tyler is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada—he advises domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate matters with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, securities and private equity transactions.

Tyler's clients include beverage and alcohol manufacturers and distributors, sports franchises, technology and software companies, manufacturing and industrial companies, construction materials companies and professional service providers.

I represent private and public companies on a wide range of legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and dispositions, both domestically and internationally.

Tyler has represented companies of all stages in various verticals as well as the venture and private equity funds that invest in them. In addition to my transactional practice, He advises domestic and foreign companies on a variety of sophisticated day-to-day corporate legal matters such as agreements with vendors, suppliers, executives and employees and those concerning manufacturing and research and development.

Over the past few years, he has led and assisted on transactions with an aggregate value of several billion dollars across a variety of industries.
