Ty Kelly is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of Baker Donelson's Board of Directors. She defends companies in government investigations and high-stakes litigation.

Ty is a 20+ year experienced litigator who represents nonprofits, companies and individuals in high-stakes litigation, antitrust class actions, and government investigations. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the Firm's Board of Directors, and founder and chair of BakerWell, a wellness initiative supporting the mental and physical health and well-being of every employee at Baker Donelson.

Prior to private practice, Ms. Kelly was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Maryland where she prosecuted a variety of white collar crime and public corruption cases. Ms. Kelly also served as a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Columbia.

Ms. Kelly is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She is also an active member of the Women's White Collar Defense Association, and a permanent member of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference. She was also recently appointed by Governor Larry Hogan to the Board of Trustees for the Office of the Public Defender of Maryland.
