She has extensive experience in business structuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, planning for corporate tax efficiency both domestically and cross-border, capital markets taxation, strategic planning for personal and family wealth, and tax litigation.
Active in academic matters, she is a university professor of Tax Law at the Catholic University of Chile and in the Master's program at the University of the Andes. She has also been a speaker at multiple diploma courses on tax topics organized by the Catholic University of Chile and the Adolfo Ibáñez University.
