Having taken more than 65 cases to trial in state and federal courts and arbitration (including more than 40 jury trials), she is recognized among the most experienced trial attorneys in the United States.
Tracey has tried to verdict a full range of employment matters such as age, race, sex, national origin, sexual orientation and disability discrimination, as well as harassment and wrongful termination claims. She has also tried to verdict three wage-and-hour class actions.
